The location was excellent, close to a museum and main street. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Zen Asian Diner that was only 10 minutes' walk away. I appreciated its helpful and very helpful staff. The rooms were attractive with a pull-out sofa and the pull-out couch, for example.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and coffee/tea making equipment. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was unbeatable in the decent area.

Staff here are super-friendly and treat everyone with kindness. the rooms are spacious and come with a handy kitchen. Plus, there's a great restaurant on-site to grab a bite to eat! 🌟

The location was particularly good, in the food area & ironing board, it's a plus. It was also near to restaurants and exploring such as shops and museums, the store and downtown, nearby restaurants and airport.

Location was close to our business

The toliet did not work and nothing was done about it. The room was noisey. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The heater regulator was spastic. Calls to the front desk went unanswered. I'm not a frequent traveler, but I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express motel a number of times. This particular facility should be an embarassment to the company, and I will think very hard before I stay at another HI Express.
